Burrington Combe: Deserts, Mountains & Seas Geology Walk

A guided walk led by Dr Peter Hardy to discover the geological story of Burrington Combe and the lower carboniferous rocks and fossils found there. The walk will be at a slow pace up Burrington Combe to West Twin Stream to see the younger of the Carboniferous Rocks.
Bring waterproofs and walking boots/shoes.
Meet in the lower car park in Burrington Combe by toilets.
Booking is essential, this is a free event but a suggested donation to Mendip Rocks! of £3pp would be appreciated.
