Burrington Combe Rock Bash

Family activities exploring the geology of Mendip with the Somerset Earth Science Centre, Mendip Hills AONB and the Mendip Society. Dr Peter Hardy will be available for fossil identification and will also lead a “Desert, Mountains and Seas” walk at 2.30pm which will learn about the geological history of Burrington Combe.
Parking in lower car park of Burrington Combe/Burrington Inn. BS40 7AU.
Booking is essential, this is a free event but a suggested donation to Mendip Rocks! of £3pp would be appreciated.
